No, update.rpf goes into the UPDATE folder. In there you should have update.rpf and an x64 folder (containing metadata.dat, DATA and DLCPACKS)

Crash is related to aiming while driving the truck (as well as the scene later in the desert).

Stopped the AMD Gaming Evolved app running minimized, as well as any other unnecessary program running in the back, worked fine then. No crashes.

Which router are you using btw?

superhub 2ac

software version 1.01.11

hardware version 1.03

ive not checked if there is any firmware updates yet. not even sure where that would be right now. still looking at all this shit.

If you have speeds not meeting what you should have check the light on back of router where the ethernet lead is plugged in, if its yellow flashing your lead is not the right one for the line. Should be green, I had 88mb on ooka at first I then saw the light and changed lead to a 100/1000 cable and instant 152 on speed.

I'd have thought for *most* of the general public, and you Garusa spending time in the UK should understand this, that 150Mbit lines are definitely not the norm. Hell, even 100Mbit fibre lines are incredibly expensive and thus rare.

If you don't mind would you PM me and tell me what you think about it? I'm thinking hard about pulling the trigger on an oculus and the vorp software. That's an additional 400 bucks to the video card upgrade I'm going to do. If it's just one of those fun for 15 min things and then gets old I'd kinda like to save that money

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

I did have massive stuttering on GTX970 OC, Corei5 3570K @ 4,3Ghz, 8GB RAM, and what helped in my case was moving Windows swap file to a diferent physical disk than the installation and setting it to "system managed".

The system still hiccups when new assets are loaded from hdd, but that's just occassional.

Running most stuff on Very High, with foliage on high, water on high, advanced/experimental stuff turned off.

Also, VSYNC off, it causes lag on mouse.
