Just install it on HDD, man. It runs fine. You'll have to wait a bit longer when you first load the game but so what?

I haven't played multiplayer yet but this sounds ridiculous...I mean, say,one gangbanger dies , so what? Improvisation, men! They still gotta give us a chance to pull a heist off

POE is much slower in this regard compared to GTA5
I think you'll have just one loading screen, the one you see when you start the game\load your save. After that there is none. At least I don't remember any.

Depends...
Hard = 1 death game over, mission restart
Easy = 2 deaths allowed, mission restart
Why should it fail just because most of my team has died and I'm 5secs away from completion

Things that eliminated stuttering for me:
- moving windows swap file to a different physical disk than the game
- moving the game to an SSD disk (Samsung 850 Evo in SATA 3 mode)
Now it runs quite well with stuff on Very High/High on Full HD, the annoying stutter is gone.
However, the game might have a memory leak, since the memory allocated slowly creeps up from about something less than 5 GBto 6.8 GB in two hours of play. It's possible that the game just caches assets like textures for reuse to save the need of I/O reads, which would be fine, but people reported Out of Memory crashes.

I think it shouldn't depend on difficulty level, only on a crew's members skills. If they think they can pull it off they should be allowed to continue playing. You die, you don't get money.Simple as that.
