Partially. There are two markets, one of which only works with the legit version as it is online and based on other player's transactions. You won't be able to buy any stock that is linked to that market.
BTW People who wrote about the windowed mode when you run gta v from 3dm crack. Go to game option and select window mode bordeless. Next time you re-run the game it's starting borderless.

You can set different shadowtechnics. (5 if i remember correct). This one in the PC video is the one where you can see this.
There are other shadowtechnics you can choose where you dont see this as much as in your video.
I'd have thought for *most* of the general public, and you Garusa spending time in the UK should understand this, that 150Mbit lines are definitely not the norm. Hell, even 100Mbit fibre lines are incredibly expensive and thus rare.

74mb line here but yeah unless your on Virgin or maybe the new BT package your not going to get more than 80mb (having a virgin line is pointless since they still throttle you)

Other than that, it seems pot luck right now whether it will stutter/hitch for some people.
Given how quickly this is out after release, it's most likely just going to be the hotfix for Windows usernames preventing play, while they "investigate" all the other crash issues.
