Cliques are a problem everywhere. In Second Life, where I design stuff, you have this clique of designers and they really are a bunch of arrogant cunts. They look down on their own customers and act as if their designs are on level with Versace. They didn't even bother saying hi to me until I started working together with one of their clique and suddenly, they're all best friends . I was like "yeah ... no thank you" and refused to hang out with them. I can imagine it being very similar to games journalism industry.
If I was really in favour of making everyone feel accepted in society, I would be friendly to everyone, even extra friendly to those who don't share my views because the best way to open their minds, is to meet them halfway.
