i'm in the equally shitty croatia, and i'm paying 13 euro/month for 5mbit+phone. Laughing

next tier in my provider is 20mbit, and that's 26 euro, but not available in my area because another company, t-com is a monopolist scumbag and won't share infrastructure to make other companies inferior.

All other providers I already owe money to and can't use Laughing

is there a non-registry file you can modify to make english language the default? or is registry the only way ? when i installed the 3dm version on my laptop as regular user, it was unable to write to registry, so the game defaulted to english. but when I installed it on my desktop as administrator, it wrote to registry with default language as chinese.
