So how do we get two Jokers? One played by Leto and one by Callan if the rummor is right, on his IMDB still there's no info about his character.
That's ancient speculation bro. Since Jared Leto has been cast as the Joker in this, I don't see them using some other actor as well.

It's so confusing with all these superhero movies now. Are they suppose to be in the same "world"? Batman vs Superman and Suicide Squad?
It says so in the title. DC Shared Universe. (Or rather DC Comics' Shared Universe, DCCSU, but that's a bit silly). Basically:
- Marvel movies feauturing the Avengers and friends take place in the MCU which began with Iron Man. They recently got the rights to use Spidey in their films, but he has yet to appear in one.
- Sony will make Spidey and friends (eg potential upcoming movie: Sinister Six) films. While they probably take place in the MCU, they will probably be fairly standalone. The Amazing Spider-Man 3 has been cancelled and the Spidey brand is being rebooted after they made the deal with Marvel.
- Everything Bats, Sups and friends takes place in the DCSU which began with Man of Steel.
- Everything X-Men and friends ((potential) upcoming movies: Gambit, Deadpool, X-Force, Wolverine 3) take place in the same universe which began with X-Men. Fairly "limited" universe.
- Everything Fantastic Four and friends takes place in the same universe which will begin with the upcoming Fantastic Four. Again, not an expansive universe.
Basically the big players are Marvel (MCU) and DC (DCSU). Easy to remember.

The next step for Sony, of course, is to recast Spider-Man. The studio is looking to go back to Spidey’s roots and put the character back in high school, which would require it to cast a younger actor, Variety has learned. Andrew Garfield is no longer playing the character.
The studio is still moving forward with the Spider-Man villain-centric “Sinister Six,” and “Venom” spinoff, as well as a film that features female characters in the “Spider-Man” universe. “The Amazing Spider-Man 3″ has been cancelled. While Marvel’s Kevin Feige is involved with Sony’s new “Spider-Man” films, he is currently not expected to be creatively involved with the spinoffs, sources say.
It's the Garfield-starring TASM3 that has been cancelled.
The rest as still in development to be adapted to the new Spidey continuity.

Some further character reveals have come to light regarding David Ayer's adaptation of the DC Comics title "Suicide Squad" at Warner Bros. Pictures.
First up, "Lost" actor Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje is reportedly set to play Batman villain Killer Croc according to The Wrap.
In the comics, Waylon Jones is a man who was born with a form of atavism which gave him reptilian traits. Initially a human with bad skin, more recent comics have seen his appearance become more and more reptilian-like.
The report also suggests that the recently cast Scott Eastwood and Ray Olubowale will be playing Wonder Woman's boyfriend Steve Trevor and the super villain King Shark.
On top of that, Latino Review reports that the just cast Karen Fukuhara will be playing Plastique in the film in a scene set in a nightclub.
Production on "Suicide Squad" is scheduled to begin next month in Toronto.
Political correctness beats comic canon. You will get your token black guy and it's gonna be Will Smith, deal with it CIS scum! It would be better if Will does a sexchange before the movie, too, but we'll see, no pressure.
