Even more reason for me to start with The Witcher 3.
Since last weekend i have the full tdb raid gear.
Although i already was lvl 32 for some time, the chest piece kept eluding me.
I also have the raid secondary's and heavy's, don't care much about the primaries, the crota raid is just to much of a hassle on hard with pug's.
While waiting for the Witcher i'll be playing gta5 sp again, finished it on ps3 last year. Time to do it again, but in first person this time

if you re playing gta 5 on ps4, we could do some online heists instead of the missing destiny raid.
i still havent done most of the heists because i cant find proper people to play with
They made a lot of changes the community was asking for, allowing to reforge weapons, upgrading exotics and old weapons and armor to new levels without losing progression.
Trading in old mats for glimmers/other mats as well is a pretty big one.
Knowing what weapons will drop from a raid ahead of time and ones you can actually purchase, so no more "awww man no fatebringer after 100 tries" type shit
I don't know about you guys, but this makes me pretty happy. I really love destiny, and I plan on going back in full swing this May Hope to see some of you there.
Turns out David 'DeeJ' Dague, Bungie's community manager, forgot to mention a pretty big change to the entire progression system of Destiny. See, commendations are being phased out.
You used (and at the time of writing, still do use) commendations to earn Vanguard and Crucible ranks, which can then be leveraged to purchase better weapons and equipment.
When 1.2.0 arrives, though, the system is changing: commendations will no longer be needed to rank up and purchase items.
As DeeJ explained in this week's update, you're not screwed if you have lots of commendations sitting in your space-wallet:
"If you have a bunch of them stockpiled, you can burn them for reputation," he wrote, "Gaining reputation will speed you toward your next promotion, thus earning you another reward package. To prosper and equip yourself with new stuff, just earn Marks!"
while these changes are certainly nice, i dont see the point if there is no new raid to grind for. other games have changes like these as normal updates, but for destiny its a big thing and even a paid dlc. the content couldnt be thinner and i feel cheated by bungie with the new expansion. with limited time and many great games coming out i dont see why i should go back and grind for grinds sake without even a new raid on the horizon.

this raid thingy is like a "run" clearing a map of enemies with a big endboss that drops very rare loot?
I'm a solo player and have done pretty much everything except the two raids. I'd recommend it to solo players. You may make friends in the game
Can You get good (legendary, unique etc) loot by playing solo?
For example borderlands 2 had this "you can only beat x boss with friends and only they drop legenadries"
You can get everything except Vex Mythoclast, Necrochasm, raid armor and raid weapons which are some of the best in-game.
Missing out on raids though.... why? Some of the best content in any game I've played. Like Zeel said, it's unbelievable fun and satisfying to play through. Just need a good team.

yea destiny without raids is like a demo of the game
I naturally disagree since I havent played the raids. And if you never play the raids it cant possibly feel like a demo. As such it never felt that way to me
Admittedly I cant level up beyond 31 if I dont play the raids, at least until House of Wolves
Wow you guys that would be totally awesome. The time would be the only problem because I work in the evenings 5 days per week. My headset is also broke though! :/
Does Saturday work for everyone? I should be free that day. I am in the Eastern time zone, so the earlier the better for me.
We can do either VoG Normal mode or VoG Hard mode
