Nearly halfway with all the card drops now and then this dropped, taking into account what you said it's probably one of very few and they've been sitting unsold at that price point for a long time but the average price has been pushed up as a result, still I might be able to get something for it although it'll probably end up near 0.5 in the end. Very Happy

I had that from a squid picture in the game "JuJu" but I put that up at 0.1, guess I ruined the economy of that foil forever in that game then.
(I achieved the goal of financing the Witcher 3 purchase with these card drops a short while ago so since I'm not much of a trader now I'm primarily dumping the rest of the cards I get though it's not like they've really been worth more than 0.25 at most as recommended price anyways and that was only for a few cards from LEGO Pirates of of the Carribean since I guess only a few people probably ever bought the game, rest were mostly between 0.05 to 0.1. grinhurt )

(If this was Steam Saudi Arabia or something like that then perhaps I could sell the card for it's recommended price with a bit of luck though...of course realistically if I even get 1% of it's recommended value then that's pretty miraculous. Razz )

EDIT: Sold for 2.50$, could perhaps put it at 5$ and waited a while longer but eh it's already several times better than what I usually get for cards and that other person who bought it might be able to resell it at a better price. Very Happy

I usually get about 1 to 2€ for foils (unless its one of those shitty games with hundreds of foils)

Very rarely it's higher, but eh 1€ is already nice enough for me Very Happy

Yeah that's how it usually works, you will remain logged in and downloads will work correctly but if you were to restart the Steam client or similar you would probably not be able to log on and would have to use offline mode until the authentication servers or whatever is having problems is fixed. Smile

still hope they do this any time in the future, without any announcement, without any information, just bam here it is!

sad thing with that would be the internet would be going down ^^ and the main reason for hl3 still not published is there is no servercloud or anything like that which would handle all the requests and downloads ^^

Well we had that team thing which was great for card sale prices... But then valve didn't bother with even THAT little last time, and made shitloads of money from card sales which had atrociously low prices, so I'd imagine they'll go that route again unfortunately Sad
