Regardless of whether they read the fine print, you have to admit that it's still a pretty shitty funding model Sad "Thanks for paying our development, you don't get a copy of the game but you can play a demo... oh but we'll take the demo away when the game is out. You can have a 50% off voucher though!"

Oh, I'm not disagreeing it's a shitty thing to do. But they weren't stealthy about it. I'm more laughing at people's surprise and that they didn't pay attention when clicking pay now Smile They're probably the same people with ask.com as their home page. Smile

Had the same problem but after I changed my nickname I could continue. But for some reason I can't delete the nickname, just extend it.

Yea it was the nickname that was issue. I left it since you can't delete it but it requires you to add something there , after that it worked fine.

Now if I could just get the reloaded DLC and update figured out and working.

Some people bought this "team member" crap YEARS ago, how the fuck would i remember that small detail, im used to going from "Early access, beta" to full without paying.

It was described perfectly well at that time. You could get Junior for $10, which would give you monthly builds and a $10 discount on the full game, team member for $25, which would give you weekly updates and a $25 discount on the full game, $45 for full member which gave you the game for free and als weekly builds and some higher tiers.. nobody can really complain, they told exactly what'll happen. Just because steam doesn't allow fixed price discounts, sms had to give out vouchers which should represent the same value and in the worst case you can ask for a refund.

It wasn't fine print by any means. If anyone paid 10 or 25 and expected to get the full game, they clearly just didn't read at all, let alone the fine print. It wasn't a Kickstarter where the lower tiers were "early bird" specials or shit like that.

The game only needs to sell around 750000 copies across PC, PS4 and Xbox to actually make everyone's investment a 100% return. That's really not too far fetched I think.



For AMD users, they're working on it, AMD is directly involved now.

In the meantime, it seems 15.2 is the best driver for it atm, around 20% faster than 15.4. The game is apparently causing the driver to hit a CPU bottleneck.

It's logical someone to get stuck in there because the @WMD_ line can't be deleted and you need to enter a nick after the fixed line to have the Next option enabled.

Liking it but they totally dropped the ball on the sound design. Most of the cars have engines that should make you cream your pants a lil bit but in this game I just end up flaccid and disappointed Crying or Very sad
