Well, all I can say from watching Twitch streams is that visuals are certainly better than in Witcher 1, but not quite up to Witcher 2 standards.

You're not being fair there at all, you know damned well the discussion isn't about the game looking like Crysis 3 and it's not fair to try and make it sound like it is. The discussion is about the game looking amazing at reveal and looking like a slightly less impressive Witcher 2 .. a four year older title .. closer to launch.

Silly really, when some can't complain about something valid.
And I'm willing to bet, if it was another game some of them wouldn't give a shit... but somehow they are personally involved with this title. 
To spare your feelings and clarify: Still think the game will be fun, but that should be clear by now that most think that. Regardless of shitty practices in the gaming industry and me complaining on them.

Because the "game" they were showing on the early reveal trailer never existed at all in the first place. There was a thread about this on NeoGAF by a guy with confirmed identity.
It was all CGI render-target (by marketing team) that maybe would run at 2 frames per second on world's fastest GPUs.

That's absolute rubbish. The "game" and all the gameplay footage, including the 35 min play, existed just fine and it sure as hell wasn't CGI or anything like it, to try and claim it was is just ridiculous to a whole new degree.
.. and I don't give a rat's arse what NeoFAG has to say about anything.

well that the same thing to me as the "Vertical slice" reveal demos are pretty much interactive moies .
Can'treally comment on comparison to W2 (which was BTW compared to W3 linear in much smaller world and had pre-set weather and tome of day + it had year of post launch support )and W3 isn't even here (only some leaked PS4 version on streams) . Also those picture with MSPaint nitpicking are hilarious.
All in all I just cant compare direct screens from W2 with PS4 screen-caps from twitch for W3 . To me it doesnt sound right and its downright pointless right now - yet 90% of discussion in this topic is this dowgrade cirklejerk. Hopefully after the release there will me more to talk about , because this is just exhausting ...

Hey everyone, this is CGI render quality and wouldn't run faster than 2fps on even the most powerful hardware! NeoFAG sez so, innit! This is just exhausting, you people are unreasonable, expecting Square Enix Agni's Philosophy levels of graphics! WHORES! So much for gameplay, you're all just h8orz.
I'm done, I'm through wasting my time with people that are either blind or just plain trolling. I'll just play the game when it launches and enjoy it regardless, safe in the knowledge that there are those amongst us that can criticise aspects of something whilst still enjoying the overall product.

I said it in reference to visuals that more linear and pre-set(wather+ToD) game will have more refined visuals than openworld game. About story telling i agree , but lets see how CDP can manage openworld storytelling
