I dont know why you would need a 3.2GHz Pentium when they reccommend a GeForce 4 or higher

thats disappointing to hear. But Ill try it out anyway seeing as how im bored outta my ass. The only thing that got my attention for this game was that it has indycars. Seems like they put almost every type of car in this..now if it had motorcycles then this would be the only racing game for me.

ok, madnessnaab your right this demo sucks balls. They give you the ugliest piece of shit car possible and only let you do a boring race. The graphics are really sharp but nothing special, seems really slow paced after playing NFS Most Wanted.

yeah i thought the demo with a honda was kinda cheezey, and if you like the toca series it's great and the better damage effects are great too, of course i had to test it , i blew the tire off the rim and sparks and all , will have to buy for sure unless i wanna do the patch this sfclone crap, the toca series is better for sure.....good job codemasters....
ps: i think the min cpu is slightly over rated, worked fine on my machine.....

The game did take at least 5 minutes to get to hardware configuration and another 3-4 min to start ! fu*** starforce !
It runs good on my Athlon 2200+ gf4 but the demo feels empty as you're the only car on the track...
This is not a signature and you're not reading it

If they give a req and min spec then the only way you can say they did a shoddy job at programming is if you have the proper specs and it doesn't run acceptably.
I fukin hate that people bitch or scream, "Meh." when they can't blow the whistles or ring the bells of a game attempting to be on the cusp of what eye candy can offer when they have systems six months old. Games are developed with staying power so the higher the specs at release the longer they are playable. Think Far Cry..
I think these are the same people that will say that a newer vid card is useless because no game utilizes the advanced features.
If a dev doesn't support new features it's only because piss ants like you cry that it's unoptimized code when in reality your PC is un-state of the art.
I agree that a game should run on lower systems to an extent but I also feel that I should be able to see my kick ass million dollar rig in it's full glory w/o waiting 3 months because devs are afraid the ghetto guy is gonna tell the world his state of the art graphics don't work on a vid card from one generation ago. Why buy a new card every 4 months if you aren't gonna see anything new? Push the envelope I say, just let people know the realistic specs and don't exclude them from playing the game. Wait till Direct X 10... it's gonna get ugly. Can you say 7800 emulation.... I thought ya could
What's your opinion? I'de like to know.
