That's Shadowplay exported out of Premiere Pro CC with a Youtube preset to lessen the butchering Youtube does during processing. It's still ugly as sin when compared to the source.

I think it's like this:
when it says setup, it's just a single preparation mission
when it says heist, with description of the mission, it's the last part
when it just says heist, the host player just started and hasn't decided the order of the setup missions yet, thus the heist is at the very start.

you can set it to crew and friends only i think and also mute it completly in your sound options.
too bad you can't just block the idiots.
that one youtube subscribe guy... can't believe it. damn that was annoying. sorry for inviting you on this shit server. just wanted to do some races.

but you can: ESC->Online->Player->navigate to mouthbreather and hit MUTE. You can also report or commend people there (which will end in them getting a 5% pricereduction if enough people vote them as friendly/useful)

SSD failure and my plan was to finish SP first (have to redo it all, so not feeling it atm).
New releases: Wolfenstein,Pcars, PoE, Witcher 3,... So yeah, I feel a bit overwhelmed atm to even think about the online part.
