Before never had any problems with GTA... SSD got fried, new windowds install and few days later I'm restarting GTA.
My mouse is stuttering quite bad in the main screen and meny, same settings as before: raw input.
I also had stuttering audio from the TV in game, but that one I have solved by installing newer drivers.
Mouse stuttering is still there, not in the game or in-game menus tho, only on the main screen. I have re-installed GTA, Updated driver for the mouse. Somehow I can't pinpoint the problem and google isn't a help because anything stuttering related to GTA gives results about ingame stuttering.
Dumb question: how to adjust brightness setting? I'm not able to find it under settings/option.
Game is too bright during day time.

The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.
What does it do?:
1. This mod opens up pretty much every interior in the game files with fully functional doors too. In many of the interiors, there are pedestrians inside also!
2. Some interiors which were cut from the game (but still in the game files) are also included!
3. The mod puts a marker at the location of every interior on the map too, as well as the locations of the stores you can rob (all toggleable by holding F7 until you hear a click)!
4. I've added 2 working elevators to the FIB building also, which teleport you to the upper floors of the building.
