I believe I have never met a guy in a train that meanspreadingly denied me a seat. So far, everyone made some space, when they realized someone wanted the seat.

But thats only the should-be-problem. They are being very specific in making "manspreading" a problem, which has already become a problem itself, imo. Sitting in this pose does not mean I will actually obstruct seats, but the court case above made it one anyway.
Am I glad that over here you are not allowed to take anyone's picture and post it online (with their face showing, you only are allowed to post it if the other person agrees or blurred out)
