|
i bought the game+season pass bundle from gaming dragons, but it shows only the game in the library no hint of premium edition or season pass info. is this normal or should i contact support?

Go to https://store.steampowered.com/account/ - click on your username in the top right corner, then on "account details" and check what the game activated as.
The premium edition is one key. I bought it on Kinguin and it activated as "Batman: Arkham Knight Premium Edition".
edit: it doesn't show any DLC for me either but that's not really odd as the dlc isn't out yet.

then type this in stem console: licenses_for_app 208650
you should see the "License packageID xxxxx
search the xxxxx in https://steamdb.info/subs/ to see what you've got.

polyluxx post got me a bit worried about trying Gaming Dragons so I got the Premium Edition from G2Play just now and got the key instantly as one key that shows up correctly in my Steam account details as Batman: Arkham Knight Premium Edition Retail. First time shopping with them so hopefully all turns out well especially since I am in the NA region.

polyluxx I also purchased the Batman: Arkham Knight + season pass from Gaming Dragons. I got the key yesterday through email it activated Batman: Arkham Knight by itself. In the email with the game key that they sent me it says "The season pass will be sent closer to release date" so I guess they will send that key on Tuesday when the game cones out .

I haven't followed this game even in the slightest apart from some pics and gifs now and then. I tend to try and avoid hype for games (and movies/series) as much as possible so that if they blow balls I won't be as disappointed. ^_^ |
