Surprising that there's no real AA when every other game in the series had MSAA and CSAA. This is using the same engine, so wtf? And the list of graphics options is lackluster. Origins had a way better PC version than this.

Same shit was happening to me, even putting all the settings on lowest doesn't get rid of it completely.

ran two benchmarks
everything maxed = average 50
only turn off smoke effects = average 79
nearly 30 fps for dat fog/smoke effect

Yeah, same here. 780, 16 GB ram, i5 4670 @ 3.4 GHz and installed on an SSD. Stutters like hell.

One word of advice - don't verify files. It deletes the files instead.
I'm having to download the whole game again. I'm not the only one either. There are loads of people having to redownload.
This has been a complete fail of a launch for Batman Arkham Knight.
WTH happened? The first 2 games were great and this is a complete pile of unoptimised crap so far.

City with directx 11 was pretty terrible on launch, took them a while to fix it if I remember.

Apart from the stutter it's running quite nice for me. 45-70 fps. Maxed apart from Nvidia smoke and paper shit.

So, played this (just) till the new batsuit training stuff.
My initial thoughts.
Pro:
I like the graphical style. It's probably to taste, but it is gritty and bleak, but not dull and lifeless.
Batmobile (as a transport device) rocks.
Combat is even sexier than usual with some very satisfying 'thunk!' sounds and wonderful combos.

Con:
The Bat-Tank sections are utterly forced, and seem designed to eek the gameplay out a little, while adding something 'new' to the series. While I absolutely appreciate the effort, the Battlezone-esque bits could have been shelved, and just one mission with them in - or not at all.
Unskippable intros (which I imagine can be hacked out)
WTF have they done to the controls! I didn't bother reading the screen, and kept tapping LB for Detective Mode... but now it's Up-Hat?! Gah.
Radial Menu... Personally, I don't like it.
Crash, Skip, Jump... that's the current state of play. When it's running, I get 60fps no bother. When it isn't, the game just flits about like a flea on speed. Crashes frequently, always when the Bmobile makes an entrance for some odd reason.
Obvious attempt at damage control for PC version, ridiculously forced settings in the BMSystemSetting.ini file, many can be turned back on - but I suspect this could be the reason for the game's instability.
Film grain... grrr
Overall... so far, I still love the game, but it's very difficult to enjoy it until some of these issues are patched out. Denuvo has yet to be 100% confirmed, but I wouldn't be at all surprised to find that's causing some of the instability.
