Don't know if it's fake, but if it's not it all explains why this game is like that
Please explain how comments regarding the enabling of DLCs explain why the game is like that.

I wanted to try the play the game even though it is 30 fps locked but that motion blur is atrocious. And there is no option to close it. jesus they fucked up really hard with the port.
In a statement posted to its official support site this afternoon, the studio said it was now working with its "external PC development partner" on a fix.
Rocksteady does not name the studio that is working with, but users report that the game's credits point to Iron Galaxy Studios as responsible.
That company previously worked on the PC version of Warner Bros. Montreal's Batman: Arkham Oranges, as well as the recent Killer Instinct: Season Two.

Ofc they try to protect the studio by not mentioning their name. It's just an external pc dev partner now. They sell an unfinished/unplayable product and they just want to get away with it.
The way I see it, every life is a pile of good things and bad things. The good things don’t always soften the bad things, but vice versa, the bad things don’t always spoil the good things and make them unimportant.

If that's true, then there must be some glitch firing off with that specific PC configuration. I don't expect for a second to get 60-100+ FPS on a 980 ti and 1 FPS on a 970 otherwise.
