I tried to check if it is true but i had the game with the Nvidia promotion maybe that is why it isn't showing for me. Can anyone confirm if they really remove refund for Arkham Knight

Not true, I've been able to display the request refund page easily.

You won't get any arguments from me. I completely agree. If they can't handle making games for the PC, don't do it. It's obvious that this is a case of negligence though.
Poor Bats what did he do to deserve all this
It's such a shame that greediness and incompetence once again prevailed, with Warner forming their joint venture with the rest of the slimy sadistic companies that give absolutely zero fucks and feel excitement in treating us like fourth world scum when it comes to porting jobs.
I still remember when this batch of consoles was announced. Don't worry PC men, with the new architectures, ports will be so much better and everyone will be happy! huehuehuehue
Fortunately a lot of refunding will happen, that's the only good thing. I'm expecting them now to repeat what they did with Origins, after one-two (useless) patches, "no more fixing I'm afraid, but we're going to bring you even more epic DLCs, perhaps even a second season pass is on the way. Retweet pls!" #doyoufeelgrapefruityet #buybetterhardwarepeasants #twotitansisbetterthanone

You can only refund a game, if you bought it directly from the Steam Store. Refunds don't work for gifts and keys.
And this shit will sell much much better than Witcher 3 which also have it's flaws but is amazing PC game and was playable from the start.
It won't.
Batman: Arkham City GOTY
Owners: 2,555,925 ± 51,305
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition
Owners: 3,341,548 ± 58,567
Do those totals include the non GOTY and non Enhanced version or just the last Steam releases on both. I have a feeling Batman would be a lot higher overall total when both are considered versus the Witcher 2 numbers with both editions.
Signature/Avatar nuking: none (can be changed in your profile)
