Well, WB are the ones who're pulling the strings of this project and if they don't make sure that their product is in good condition, they deserve the blame.

Btw was it ever mentioned that the port was outsourced? I don't remember reading anything about it. So if this was released and everything went well no one would have said anything that they paid someone else to do it.

It wasn't mentioned till Rocksteady needed to play the blame game. No one would have watched the credits and praised Iron Galaxy saying that they are awesome had there been no issues.

Probably the majority cannot even refund. I'm not sure how long Steam will accept those refunds before WB say 'stop'.

They will add soon in the faq the best way to play it on PC : install windows 10 and stream the game from the Xbox one, this is the definitive way to play this on PC.
