This is probably because once they refund the game, Steam removes their review and negative counts.
That has been there since the game came out Tuesday when the game unlocked so it is nothing new.
Amazon stopped their digital sales on this already so I would expect Steam to do the same soon enough. One thing bad about this announcement is that it means for those of us that cannot get a refund due to getting it from a key store or what not, instead of them rushing to try and fix bugs quickly we will now probably have to wait a month or more before they bother releasing a patch.

Might not have to wait that long. I think this is a truly high priority case now, and their reputation won't survive another hit like that (i hope).

I can see it fixed or whatever they call a fix before Mad Max comes out for sure but if they really had plans to patch in a week or two stopping sales is kind of drastic when they could have just as easily said they are working hard on the first patch and this is when you will get it but then again a few weeks more of negative reviews on Steam may be hard to overcome no matter how good they are able to fix it so this is still them protecting the all might dollar in the long run.

Hahaha, this is glorious. The thing is, people propably think they're gonna fix the game up... I think they're actually bailing though.
Or, they will fix this shit up and Steam's refund system is therefore showing it's magic, kicking these cunts in the nuts.

i dont think WB cares. the fact they farmed it out to a small, second-rate porting outfit shows that all they're after is the quick PC buck. i doubt they've even put much thought into target sales for pc, its all about the console release, so no.. none of this is going to really bother WB...

I think they've started to care. Mortal Kombat X was recently handed off to a more competent studio to fix up, and I bet this will be too. They will hopefully learn their lesson for future games.

i actually feel a little bad for iron galaxy... they were so rediculously out of their depths, its like blaming a child for breaking shit while hes been told to park the car in the garage when really he had no business being anywhere near it...
i blame the parents. this mess is purely rocksteadys and wb's, they should have been checking in on a tiny, amateur studios attempt at porting their BIG ticket AAA tentpole product...
