it runs 60fps except driving around city for me (stutters to low 40s)... 1080p max, without gameworks

On Tuesday I played the first few hours with a 660ti and it played ok in 1080. I left the 30 fps lock on and only noticed some stutter in one of the cutscenes. I went back to finish up Arkham Origins though so I cannot say if performance will get worse the further you are in the game but for me, the way everyone was saying how bad it ran, I didn't think it was that bad myself. That was the main reason I wanted to run it for a few hours just to see what all the complaints were about.

They released a patch yesterday mostly fixing crashes and missing graphics, they also gave a list of other problems they're still working on.

I've seriously scoured the internet trying to figure out why my Steam wont install now.... "failed to load steamui.dll" no mater what ive tried...there seems to be no working fix.. so does that mean i no longer can play my other steam gamez? Ugghhh... i let the temptation of the cheap key lure me in and now i cant play anything besides my iso demos.. :-p

Something interesting about the graphics, apparently all the post processing effects scale up with resolution which results in vastly cleaner image quality the higher you go (beyond what you'd see doing the same thing in other games). Right now I'm using DSR with a 3154x1764 resolution and the game looks much cleaner than the blurry mess it was at 1080p. Only downside is having to keep the fps cap at 30 and turning off the Nvidia light shafts, although I don't even see a difference with them on other than a big performance hit.
