Hi,
I'm not sure if it's a tech issue or not. I beat #16 on the blacklist (1st one), and still I have no performance upgrades to select in the shop.
Can anyone confirm if this is a bug or if you just can't buy performance upgrades until later in the game?
I can upgrade visual & parts just not performance.
Also, is there an auto-tuner like in NFS:U2? All I see is a manual slide control to change car attributes.

you cannot buy anything until you beat the 14th. There's no 16th. Only 15 people in the black list, So you just beat Taz. You've got to beat the next guy after Taz.

I've beaten Sonny, I've beaten Taz, and I've gotten the emails/messages about being able to buy performance upgrades, but no dice.. There's nothing in the shops to let me buy.. Wil see if beating #13 (Vic) helps.. But I wonder if it's possibly a problem like with The SIms 2, where Build/Buy modes didn't work until a working mini-image was found...

I just beat Sonny and upgraded almost ALL of the performance items exept maybe 2 of them... Had just enough $$$ to do it. Used normal image mounted in DT4 along with using an SD4 Blocker Shortcut..
