So this is coming to xbox first first right? We can assume a PC versions would be 6+ months down the line... was there any formal mention of a PC version?
I think I saw something about it posted earlier in this thread, XBO version gets released this Autumn and the PS4 and PC version will be out in Spring or Summer 2016

Rise of the Tomb Raider will launch for PC (Windows 10) via Steam in early 2016 and for PlayStation 4 in holiday 2016, Square Enix announced.
The game will premiere first for Xbox One and Xbox 360 on November 10, this year. The PlayStation 4 version will arrive one year after its initial launch.

would be a smart move from ms i this utilizes dx12 and that would mean yes win 10 exclusive. and that would explain why ps4 is postponed

but im fine with that, early 2016 would mean around end feb/march i think. thats ~4 months after xbone and if its proper optimized for pcs everything is fine
Luckily for me I have Win8.1 Pro so my Win10 will be Pro and I can disable automatic updates out of the box rather than waiting for a possible hack/workaround.
