PS: Finally got a New3DSXL MH4U edition. No scene though

Is it worth me selling my 4.3 white 3ds xl to get the new one? seems like more fucking about is required to load games and just for xenoblade which id rather play on pc emulated, same with twilight princess if true its coming.Am I missing anything? Already have a gateway.

Hey guys.
I've not been in the nds loop for quite some time so here I am.. I've just picked up a 2ds for my soon to be 4yr old son.
I've got myself a flash cart on order (r4i gold cart) but I'm not in the loop of where's decent female underwear to wear on the weekend
I understand that its backwards compatible as well?

well it's not like 3DS has any competition, it's the only way to play proper games no the go. i don't even count PSVita as it's dead (only has a few random indie games coming) and phone gaming is pathetic freemium shitfest.
so yeah, go and get 3DS, game library is amazing.

get the n3ds - better hardware
same good games  and some better ones...
and you can homebrew yourself some free games.

Anyone knows what's going on with Codename STEAM EU? It's listed in releases (1806) but can't find it anywhere. Bad release?

Nevermind, it's available for d/l now, both US and EU.

Hmmmm am i the only one who feels weird after playing in 3d mode for a while, i kind of feel weird looking at the pc monitor again, my sight kind of defocuses and does some weird slight crap like tunnel vision or something.
I swear.... even reading my reply, on the edge of my sight i saw the quick reply box in a different depth....

So sky3ds works with the New 3DS? Any specific version of it that you need (seems like there's more than one version of it?) Any good shop (EU) that you can recommend? Thanks

I bought it last week from PeachDS, since it had paypal and it was state side. Havent received it yet, tomorrow ill have it and its supposed to work, the "blue button version"

I use sky3ds with a n3ds, works like a charm

Although I suggest you to find a <=9.2 N3DS so you can use Gateway 3DS.
Region free (although I think region free works with 9.7 N3DS at least and Sky3DS) + home-brew (which means you can play ANY GBA, NES, GBC games using the official built in virtual console) + unsigned code (which means the system is wide open).
Only issue so far is that 9.7 introduced new keys for N3DS so it's a matter of time before exclusive N3DS games like Xenoblade start using these (unless Gateway manages to dump the new keys).
All 3DS games should work forever though since 3DS firmware is wide open so far, and Nintendo can't do shit to protect keys for the original 3DS.

Well since i didnt want to risk it, i bought Monster Hunter for online gaming.
Is there any other game REALLY worth playing online?
Been thinking about Animal Crossing, but dont know how it is right now, since it was released years ago.

so folks, is the skyway3ds the flashcard to get nowadays?. I just went on their site and it says it supports the latest firmware v10.1.27.. (i have no idea what version the official firmware is atm).
Whats the gateway one?, or am I going off on a tangent with that.. also can you still access the store and use online features from nintendo with the skyway cart?. Thanks
edit:nvm just read that you CAN use the eshop and online features with that card.

I have the Sky3ds and im up-to-date on the firmware, still works, i have bought monster hunter to play online, and i use the sky3ds for all my offline gaming, i just never use the card when i go online. I remove it and its all good, online, store, etc.
