Dunno if you can skip the serial activation at the installation then use this once you reach the Desktop

Then it sure was just some bug at Microsofts side. Why would they even let people with an illegal OS get the newest OS for free in a legal version?

Yeah it was most likely a bug, but that doesn't mean that people couldn't try after many confirmed it was working for real...
I love chances to mock at Sin, but this one ain't justified

It's not a bug. daz loader passes genuine after all these years. do you think MS doesn't know about it? they never made checks to disable it.
daz loader turns it into legit win10, as long as you select a proper path. i.e. you can't go from win7 home to win10 pro.
MS wants a large user base. bigger pirate base will increase adoption all around and devs and everyone can focus on win 10. it's a snowball effect. |

Vbox was on my list today, maybe I will hold off until I fix the numerous other issues. I did notice last night that VBox's virtual NIC is missing from my network adapters, which does not look good.
Ran across a problem today where the start menu & Cortana stop working. Everything else seemed fine but clicking the start menu or yelling "Hey Cortana" got no response. Where things got dicey; signed out and logged back in to be greeted by "Your star menu and Cortana are not working" (don't recall the exact message), with nothing to do but hit sign out button. Try again with same issue. Only after doing a complete system shutdown could I get back in but man during that little mess I was already planning my return to Windows 7 with a full reformat and figuring out what data I might lose.
I think a couple of things that could have caused the above, I uninstalled Comodo firewall and I have not logged out of my system since merging my local & MS account and creating a PIN.

My reserve Icon in the task bar beside the clock is gone.
I dont see it anymore, had to re-install Windows 7. Have original Windows.
Had the Icon before I re-installed Windows 7.
Went to Microsoft and used a program to see what was the problem and it said my Windows was not up to date ?
No Service Pack 1, but its says I have Win7 64Bits Service Pack 1 installed.
Anyone knows how to get the Reserve Icon back ?
Hate this crap.

Why not just use the tool from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
It doesn't matter where you upgrade from.

Had the same problem. The icon was there, found 1 last important update for win 7 which I installed and after the icon disappeared.
I just used the tool that neeger93 linked to above to get things rolling with Win 10.

the key does not get registered, the key is used first off to make sure the OS is genuine. Then it takes your hardware ID's and uploads that info to MS and confirms this pc with this HWID scenario is authorised. No OS key itself is stored apparently.
This is why windows 10 can be activated if a loader like daz is overlooked/missed whatever you call it and deemed to be running legit copy.
Daz 2.2.2 loader has the best chances it seems. |

About Daz 2.2.2 , the "supposed" official site redirects to some "Complete a survey" shit and obviously i won't touch that.
i've searched on Reddit and there has been one that's the same shown one in the "supposed" o.site, i've tried DL'in it and checked that it might be the real deal, and no viruses have been found with Kaspersky, but it's still suspicious.
Anyone knows a "real" site that brings out Dazloader?. I have this 7loader 1.6 "by hazar" and for now it just failed me twice in many many years. Dunno if it's an ol' loader from Daz or something.
Any help?. Should i keep 7Loader or...?
Reason is that i might do a clean W7 install and then try the daz to install W10, but that might be some kind of russian roulette
Also, aren't any news yet on how to install W10 from fresh install, evade the serial then activate it fully?..I don't feel like upgrading W7 to W10 is a nice idea for some (Could be trapped)

My icon is also gone and i use 8.1 and didn't have an update.
It might come back, or not...not planning to install 10

That's where i've found it!... However, why some people gets it as a virus?. Is that the true one?.. Also, what's this thing about "Modifying the BIOS Serial" ?.. Wouldn't that cause trouble to me?
However,i have a tiny doubt. Might be weird though. My Windows 7 ISO is a custom one by someone, and it's auto-activated to begin with once installation is done and reaching the desktop. Would that be ok?. The loaders.. I keep 'em just incase the activation from my ISO one fails and have to re-activate W7 with a loader.

The one I linked works fine, atleast defender gives false positives about it, nothing to worry about.

Just got it from the forum above.
Still, hopefully some release releases a working W10 activator...All i want to do (wiiiiithout buying the OS, ofcourse) is
1.Format SSD
2.Install W10 (aaaand skip the Serial part if needed)
3.Crack it
4. USE IT
No upgrade shit ¬¬.. Guess we'll have to wait a lot

Basically yeah. Kinda nice from M$ to let us skip the activation key and just install lol.
Found the KMSAuto Net thingy on that place mentioned earlier.
