Absolutely fantastic yes, can't wait for the final episode if they don't fuck it up somehow this will be one of my favorite story's in a game (ok after Planescape ofc ^^)

but not with the same characters. they already stated the story is finished and will be closed with the last episode of this game and if there will be a new season it will feature completely new settings and characters

New setting would be cool, maybe explore something with characters older than teens. I hope they just focus on one thing at a time though so it doesn't become like Telltale Games where the new series have been quite meh imo.

I think so too.
But on the flipside - and I've only played Season 1s of TWD and TWAU - but those two had better writing than Life Is Strange's "WOWzerzzzz!".

I do like Telltale's offerings (I loved the first The Walking Dead) but looking back they just seem a bit... Hollow. I've heard people talk about the "Telltale Illusion of Choice" before and I think there's something to that Life Is Strange actually offers real consequences instead of just the illusion. However, Life Is Strange also just feels so much more alive and grounded in reality, not so much in a genre sense but in a characterization sense.

started as a retarded sjw game with lots of cringy script but continued as a game which gets interesting and kinda respects player's choice by actually showing the consequences of player's choice... not like cocksucker telltale and their illusions.

1 and 2 are still amazing.

You're not alone Yuri..I played the entire episode too and nope'd so fast that my HDD for a second thought it was a SSD.
I'm willing to give this 'series' another chance in the future when it's complete, but my expectations are so low that not even a dozen of Shymalayan twists can raise them xD |

I am enjoying the game myself. It has its cringy moments, mainly with certain lines and their delivery (voice-overs are a bit inconsistent in quality sometimes), but if you manage to get past those it's a surprisingly fun experience as a whole.
It's definitely has a much better take on choices-consequences than the Telltale games it's often compared with. There are a lot of choices you make that have an effect much further down the line and they are barely ever some obvious binary "do this or that" things - you can even miss some of the solutions, or miss the fact that there actually was a choice at all.
I also loved how in certain critical moments, your success depended on how well you paid attention or explored all the apparently "secondary" pieces of information.
I am not sure why it gets hit with the "SJW" label though. It has female protagonists and that's about all I noticed. If there are some hidden agendas, they seem to be subtle enough for me to not see them.

no one put sjw label on the game, sjws kinda adopt the game by their own. And the way i see it, they really deserve the game because it has its own murican teenage drama, lesbian vibe between character, a little bit man-hating, hipster loving/hating, selfies and so on. Perfect stuff for sjws.

I think the game just follows current mainstream media trends. It all looks like a typical high-school drama for the "modern" audiences to me. There doesn't seem to be anything special about it other than that it's probably the first game to do it.

No, that was never the original release date. It was always every 2 months. So that would mean the final week of September.

nope its not, im digging the game and i found the story to get pretty damn dark in the 4th ep.. and that ending, while not unexpected, was pretty nasty.
