Sadly a French site jeuxvideo.com put 18/20 and said its less like older mgs.
Means no twisted plot, no epic music and not much cutscenes.
Exactly like we thought earlier in this thread...
Honestly it scares me a little...

I remember when i bought metal gear ground zeros for like 30-40 pounds on psn as i thought at the time it was the full game, how wrong was i?
Now we have to shell out another 40-50 pounds for this, fuck that.
Cheeky bastards, we should at least get phantom pain half price.

Here.
Very good, a typical MGS, it doesn't look that bad apart from some low res stuff and missing AA. It runs terribly at some points but that's mostly because it's one of the most beautiful looking Last Gen games, like GTA V was back then.
The game is very expansive. Working your way up from the bottom, it's MUCH harder than GZ. Hard to tell everything, especially without spoiling, but feel free to ask away. Still time until the Steam release so I'm playing a bit each day.
