Emulation is only ever interesting, when we don't have a PC version. And emulation often even even arguably enhances the experience, making the original console version inferior again.
But all of these titles would have been better on PC.
And it seems you can preload after midnight.
(Or "download if you pre-order" as they seem intent on calling it, unless it actually is a download and then require internet activation DRM afterwards.)

Funny enough that Peeler guy said NZ time was still "download and play" (3 hrs ago today even in a Stream) then he suddenly backpedals to Konami's official tweet, how does that guy bind his shoes ALONE?

2 days 18 hours, vaguely If I was one of those people that took off their day on Monday to play it, I would rage out even more, must be terrible for them to have such an incompetent company ruining their schedule.

Other news are the "microtransactions" are unobtainable (like 1 out of 4 FOBs are free for non-paying users) but there's 80% of that which can't even be obtained without paying.
