Yeh i noticed it on gcw
edit: after a closer look it's not a real no-cd crack..
Dunno what all the fuss is about though, my copy worked right away only using DT4 (no extras like anti-blaxx and so on is installed)

I first used the latest version of Alcohol with sd4hide or Antibalxx and none of them worked or just worked sometimes and not always. So anyway I uninstalled alcohol and antiblaxx and installed DT 4.0 and NFSMW works fine WITHOUT sd4hide.
You need to consider somethings though, if you have more than one virtual driver make sure you mount cd1 to the same one from which you used to install the game(if not sure check regedit of the game to see the driver letter) Also right click on the DT icon and for Emulation choose all.

well I can run it with alcohol 1.9.5 build 3105 and sd4 hide, but i just have to keep trying till it works. Usually runs on the 3rd/4th attempt. Not ideal, but can't be arsed uninstalling alcohol etc. Makes me wonder if its more a problem with sd4 hide?

No im pretty sure the game has a problem with alcohol for some people. I have civ instaleld and works fine with the same sd4hide I tried to use for NFS. And yeah alcohol works but as I said not always so you might have to run the game several times. That is why I m using the DT. I just uninstalled alcohol to have no conflictions with DT but you probably dont have to do so, and can use both.

Ive been told a few friends havent been able to get it to run with dt4 and sd4hide with cd1 mounted.... I was told and have tested if u mount cd3 and play it works.....
I thought all the main info was on cd 1 but i guess cd3 is special for some reason.

BTW CD3 isn't special anyway, sometimes it works and sometimes not when trying to start the game having CD3 mounted and SD4Hider on Hide.

try disconnet your cd roms remove cable then mout and play works in me
