Lesson learned at 3DM HQs: While doing reverse engineering you don't test the game from your legit Steam shortcut.

Jokes aside, maybe the game needs some registry entries or to firewall some specific dll?

3DM site says that 3dmgame.dll can have blocked access by av/scanner/Windows Defender/Firewall which means the game can't run.

could be mgs related prob, must not be denuvo causing this and it wouldnt be the first time that a game doesnt work cause of computername or local accountname
