You can use DVD Decrypter for burning *.img files

wait a second... i need to un-rar the .img file? or i need it in one piece, an img file?

well, of course you need to "unrar" it first, you have to burn the *.img as an image file, like iso or bin/cue

of course, i mean unrar the 4.5 gb .img file, not the little packs.

DVD Decrypter is great (and free!). They've stopping making new versions because of some legal bullshit ... but you can still find the latest version kicking around.

i used it, and now i m burning. why couldnt you just say that i need to un-pack the .img file? i thought that i need to burn the file as it is, like ISO's etc'...

burn the file as is with dvd decrypter. you don't have to unpack anything. asus z170-A \|\| core i5-6600K \|\| geforce gtx 970 4gb \|\| 16gb ddr4 ram \|\| win10 \|\| 1080p led samsung 27"

I usaly rename the img to iso and burn it with nero !
