Last time when I posted about this they still created some new packs but they seem to have stopped it completely starting september. We'll see where it goes. |
Heh, they can ask the devs whether thy want them or not. I'm sure the devs can decide whether they'd be beneficial for them.

It doesn't matter, the developers outright stated that Valve are phasing them out. And they have. Not even a month later.

Is it even possible to get lvl 0 asshole?
I think there is now at least lvl1 requirements (1 game or more) before you can send valid invite and on your invites page you always see user's level regardless how private he is.
