it CAN really work guys, this is what i did in retard English lol:
0 lol i typ this a bit nooby so noobies can profit too^^ -> well nothing to say about that
1 Metal Gear Solid 5 - The Phantom Pain [FitGirl Repack] -> took me 3 hours to install)
2 applying the 1.0.0.3. patch witch is just 1 file named like :mgsvtpp, The TORRENT NAME for this one is: "2" and is linked on the same page where you download the firgirl repack..
3 MGSV_Patch_v1.005_and_Crack-Patcher_by_FitGirl -> 74 mb - just click on patch
4 i changed my timezone to UTC + 8 Beijing, chongching etc... ive uploaded a screenshot here http://www.imagebam.com/image/ea4e6e434787167
5 THE GAME STILL DIDNT WORK - but i had 18 important windows left to install to thats what i did i installed them and rebooted lol (i think its something with Microsoft.Framework.Net versions what where updated after the reboot, because it was working after that ! shit i was happy the prology is nice to enjoy until you crash, the thing happened to me - > no fun anymore 
6 well and here is the last thing i did to get mine working, ive updated the crack 2 from 3dm - reddit/r/MGSVCrack/comments/3k99ag/mgs_v_tpp_crack_v2_win_788110/
7it fucking works! like i said before i played many hours and not a single crash anymore, the game has that strange japans humor but i dig it lol, and gameplay is 100% focused on sneeking around in the desert and get undetected in to enemy base camps lol, well thats just the thing i like about gaming - camps to shoot at mwhah.
btw im on windows 7 x64 - i5 proc 2500k - r9 280gtx 3GB vram. ( WINDOWS UPDATED ), and i have no steam in the background to be safe, and virus scan turnt to off.
only thing missing from the in-game menu is options for real aa, like MSAA or something, if i remember these where available in ground zero, but other than that great fucking game so far!

about the gameplay spoiler regarding quiet that someone posted before, this is what i found out, pretty important to know | Spoiler: | the butterfly emblem does make her stay, but it also locks further progression until you remove it. for the story to go on and to get the final ending she has to leave, there is currently no way to keep her while finishing all missions, save for a mod. this has to happen around mission 45, so either you keep her to help you s rank some difficult missions and unlock her costumes, or you let the story progress. |

Wrong. I have played it and it runs pretty good, too.
Loved MGS1 and even the first half of MGS2, but this is just total clusterfuck. From one repetitive mission to another, no Codec, no Hayter, rations replaced by health regen for "modern" gamers, lame story that only few care about, grinding for useless stuff you hardly need, kind of open world, but not really.
They killed survival-horror with third-person shooting in RE, turned Tomb Raider into some kind of cinematic bullshit and now it's MGS turn. The good old linear story based MGS is replaced by grinding in seemingly open-world environment. That's not progress to ME - it's simply a waste of time.

Update on the Quiet bug:
