You know what if I want a monster horror game I play The Evil Within and if I want good stealth shit I play Splinter Cell. Metal Gear disappoints me with an average/bad mixture.
Anyone crashing after escaping the hospital ? Im on update 1 + crack V2 + Win 10 x64
Worked like a charm but i can't get past the point after the tunel, it crashes everytime
Many people are complaining about that crash, it crashed for me too both under w8.1 and w7 and there does not seem to be any workaround for that crash. Had to look up on youtube whats after the crash point (mostly more custscenes). At least starting with chapter 1 and onwards the game seems to be working without any problems.
so if i understand correctly you can continue on with the game despite the crash?
Not really, you will have to replace your 3DMGAME folder with the one from 3DMGAME-MGSV.TPP.v1.005.Update.and.Crack.v2-3DM which would effectively erase any progress you could have made if you played any mission before you decided to replay prologue.

I can't say how valid his points are, but i agree on the prologue with that retarded AI and scripting.

Going slightly out of cover for half a second triggers her to shoot. You counter-fire the lass right away, then run around quickly to find new cover while she is shuffling about. Quite an easy and short fight.

you dont even need to find new cover, stick to the initial cover when the fight starts, bait her by quickly aiming to make her fire, then right away counter with a shot of your own and wait till she switches her cover, rinse and repeat.
its quite easy even on extreme.
btw the funny thing about the model swapping, especially the one with ocelot dancing in the rain, doesnt even feel like a mod.
it actually fits into a kojima mgs game, if someone told me that there is a cutscene
in mgs5 with ocelot dancing in the rain and posing provocatively, i would think "yea that sounds about right"

In MGS3 Sokolov tells Snake "your Russian is superb." So in MGSV why does the fake Big Boss need a translator if he has all of the real Big Boss' memories?
Some people don't need to change their timezone.
Reason might be the use of Win7 or they are already in some "supported" timezone.
Too bad i still can't get any savegames to work and have to wait till v3 comes out and hopefully will fix that problem for me.
Delete 3DGAME folder from the root folder. Open up the original release with the v1 crack. Copy that 3dgame over, set time zone, and you should be good to go (assuming you didn't do this yet, i didn't read back)
