It's exactly like the 2015 version (only this time there are actually cutscenes with a lod that doesn't make players look like they're NPCs from the PS1 era). The final result is really abysmal and Konami should be ashamed of themselves, but what so they care.

According to this review of the PC version, apparently the dynamic weather isn't present, and animations are gimped too, just to put the cherry on top of the shitpie. Razz Laughing

So Steam has the PS4 version. It's false advertising with KONAMI completely aware about it.
Simply put this is a fraud.

Laughing And you prove yet again to be one of the most childish and most clueless users in these forums. I have very loudly (and more than once) conveyed my disapproval of this franchise since last year gimped PC version.

And the irony of you accusing me of "defending" this game when you're one (if not the one) of the most prominent examples of fanboyism in the whole forum, and with more than 1 product BTW!

Try harder next time Aww Yeah

Hopefully it will have Denuvo. This means no one will buy it, no one will bother cracking it and no one will pirate it. After this it's mobile fun times for KONAMI.

The game itself is great (PS4), much better animations, especially for collisions. The AI is a huge improvement, especially noticeable in BAL. But the lack of fouls are definitely a problem. The AI just don't commit into a tackle often enough, even when they should be desperate to do so, and ergo they pay the price by letting the attackers just charge through them sometimes. Just makes it too easy to beat defenders by turning, real defenders would be blocking you.

On the plus side, the AI's passing is a lot smarter, they also move as a team a lot better. So at least the features they talk about in trailers are real. Keepers are pretty good, I haven't really notice any unrealistic incompetence. Once I shoot a powerful low shot to make it awkward for him, he quickly dive low, couldn't parry it outward and it lobs over his head, but he quickly leap backwards and try to save it once more. It still went in, but nice to see quick recoveries from them. This also applies to other players, in general they recover a lot faster when its not a full on sliding tackle.

Back to animations, I notice players are now able to attempt one-touch pass in a lot more physically awkward situations, a really nice thing to see since real players will do that to fight for possession.

I think it's Old-current gen Hybrid... Old Gen Engine with current gen features.

PS4/XBONE is superior.

The game is better than I expected but ofc with many flaws. Gameplay is exactly the same as PS4 but the difference is in post process effects as it uses DX9 and not DX11.
- You need to turn on fluid formations and change the "attack in numbers/defend in numbers" options to "FEW" or "MEDIUM". You have to do this for all teams. This way the cpu will build up and there will not be an end-to-end game.
- You have to play on Top Player difficulty for some challenge. Even Superstar seems easy to me.
- The game suffers with the "diagonal movement collapses cpu D" issue as vanilla FIFA 15. Fluid formations help a bit though.
- There were fouls in my games especially when I played 20+min.
- 8 out of 10 times a shot (without pressure) inside the box ends up in a goal. Some might say that this is realistic but I think it needs to be toned down to a 50-50 percentage.

that + the going diagonal into the box and shoot -> 99% goal. they copied it from fifa Very Happy and fifa has toned it tone (and thats good)

friend of mine plays the ps4 version, he said almost no fouls in normal 10 min games. and 20+min games are rare, thats just too much for a single game. its kinda boring (for me atleast), thats the reason why i do not play much nba 2k15.

thats what i said according to the ps4 demo too. keepers are fly catchers, either the ball goes in directly or its blocked towards another attacker. i simply cant understand why so many reviews are saying the keepers are top notch and getting almost every ball right into there hands with less blocking than before

Janz, reviewers got their gifts from MGSV sales.
Goalkeepers are quite good defending corners, getting out of the box and saving long shots.
Inside the box they go to this 24fps pre-determined-scripted animation. It seems that the game decides before the shot if that goes in and automatically sets the GK to this ridiculous slow reaction/animation.
