Just curious if this will actually come out on 360 as promised on the same date as XB1 version or will it get delayed and then eventually cancelled like most other 360 titles that lately. Would rather pirate it than buy it lol.
Hrmm on IGN it has the Xbox One version as November 10th but the Xbox 360 version as Quarter 4, still suspicious that it might get delayed and then possibly cancelled.
Played the game at EGX yesterday. Easily the best game there this year in my opinion. It involved about 20 minutes of a mission part way through including some puzzles and a very brief shoot out. Looks amazing and plays great! Lara's ass looks great too, especially when wet
Cant wait to get the full game! Instabuy without a doubt.
"It looks like Rise of the Tomb Raider on Xbox 360 will still have all the features from the Xbox One version.
There was a little controversy earlier this week as Activision omitted the single player story/campaign of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for PS3/Xbox 360 owners.
Rise of the Tomb Raider’s design director, Mike Brinker, chatted to me earlier this week during an Xbox event in New Zealand. He told me that the Xbox 360 version of the game has all the “same features” present in the Xbox One version and last-gen owners will also have the “same experience” in terms of the story.
He reiterated by saying the Xbox One version looks better graphically, but content wise the Xbox 360 version should have all the features intact. He is also glad that people that have yet to upgrade to the Xbox One still have a chance to play Rise of the Tomb Raider.
This should come as good news for Xbox 360 owners. Not everyone has had the chance to upgrade to a newer console yet. Other games have decided to cut content like the aforementioned Call of Duty: Black Ops 3. Warner Bros. on the other hand just cancelled the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Mortal Kombat X entirely.
It will be interesting to see how much longer game publishers will support the aging PS3 and Xbox 360 consoles."
the comparision with mk x isnt good. it has to maintain steady fps, otherwise its unplayable. tomb raider will have slowdowns on 360 for sure, but since im not owning a one i will look def at it on 360. dunno if i really play it though, may gonna wait for pc version in spring
I guess I'm a little more optimistic this might actually hit the 360 baring some delay/cancellation here in the last month before release. Just hope the framerate is good on 360. I hear it looks as good as the Xbox One version.
I'm pretty sure this will be the last game I ever want for Xbox 360 while Yakuza 5 later in November will probably be the last game I get for PS3. R.I.P. last gen.
Of course I still have hundreds if not thousands if hours of gameplay in games left for those systems to play through.
