You know whats worst? Weeks ago i was left alone for a month, i had stashed all the trash in a strong black bag and air sealed it...
After 7 days i grabbed it to throw it out. Dude i had fucking larvaes walking in my arm, the fucking bag was full of those shits
I had my first ever panic atack, i thought i was going to faint. I spent 2 hours with a hose cleaning the floor
I did NOT sleep that day.

Sometimes I have garbage bags on the balcony waiting to be put up front (which can be done every week) to be disposed, for weeks

Why would you even admit such a thing?
It's unhygienic and rather trashy, yes people will judge you... I already thought the 7 days was quite much.
Clean your act up, and no it's not that weird to see maggots crawling around in those cases.

I admit it because I don't see it as a bad thing, other might do, but I don't give a fuck about them. It's my place and my time
No maggots here in those bags, but they are closed off properly before putting them on the balcony.. So I'm not bothering anyone else with it at all, no smell nothing..
Garbage pickup is around 7am here, we are not allowed to put them on the street on the night before.. So yeah.. Not my fault

the problem is u are breeding flies and vermin for your neighbours, its like a smoker saying its my choice and blowing smoke in your face and then the smoker wakes up in the E.R, my choice to put a fist to his face

My property, my choice what I do on the property, as long as I don't bother others around me with something that can experience on their own property. Which is the case here
Same with my upstairs neighbor asking me to quit smoking weed, told him to go f himself and if he has issues go complain at the company that rents these apartments out to do something about the air filter system.
I don't find it justified to complain about what others do on their property and it's completely within the law.

The fact that your neighbour asks you to not smoke weed is already a sign that you do bother him.
But let's be honest saus, you do have a tendency to lay blame elsewhere (we all do to some extent). That garbage pickup was also a good example of that.

Oh I'm not saying it's because of other reasons. I'm just too damn lazy to get up at 7am when my usual time is around 11-12...
But I don't give a shit about this overpaid cocksucker that lives above me, I live for 6 years here, NOBODY before complained about the weed smell (only on the hallway, which the company provided me air strips to prevent the door from "leaking" air). But not only that, even about smoking normal smokes, complains when we (my neighbors smoke too) smoke on the balcony...
Anyway, his pay is way too high for these kind of apartments, so he'll be out soon anyway
And by law, I'm completely legal to smoke weed inside my own home, even on my balcony. So if he doesn't like it, he can move. That's exactly what I've told him too.

I'm for a ban on smoking on balconies.
It's the chain smokers that ruin it for everyone.

I have my periods of months where I don't smoke anything (only happens during depressions), and yeah, I do smell my downstairs neighbor smoking a lot. But so do I smell the BBQ of my downstairs neighbors and so do I smell their deep fryer... It's all part of living in a fucking flat. Just like noise.. Except that some people that came here living afterwards that suddenly started complaining about obvious things that happen in flats....
(Like downstairs complaining about people walking with heels in the hallways, or people accessing their basement there and drag things across the floor)
But hey, they are working on your dream: http://www.ad.nl/ad/nl/4560/Gezond/article/detail/4151044/2015/09/28/Roken-in-eigen-tuin-of-op-balkon-straks-ook-taboe.dhtml
