Man, I know plenty of guys who had kids when they were 16-20 and yeah, it does slow things down a bit in terms of school, career, pleasure etc...but really, its not as hard as many think. All you have to do is apply yourself. It may suck going to school during the day and workin a part time job (or full time) at nite but fuck, thats what u gotta do right?
Either which way, in retrospect, they wouldnt change a thing. In a way, I kinda envy them being the same age as me and havin a 10-12 year old son....kids are amazing man and shouldnt be looked upon as a burden...especially if the mother is a loving person (whore or not right).
I know its hard to see that when essentially, you/your buddy is a kid too...but Im tellin ya, if he doesnt take an active part in the childs development, he's gunna one day (10-20 years) realize that he should have. And by that time, the child may not want to have anything to do with him - u think having your wife/gf/girl you love leave hurts? imagine if your child didnt want to see/speak to you...
Ive seen it happen many times man, I strongly urge u to talk to him about it.
Like, go to the bar, have a few beers and tell him this shit. He may get pissed at you, but fuck, eventually he will thank you for caring.

its not like that at all. I know he should have an active part in his life and we've all said that already but he's not arsed in the slightest. Like i said it might be a front or it's not hit him yet but you can't blame him because it really is the mothers doing.
We joked about it, that he's gonna have a girl and in 20 years he's gonna bump into her in a bar (not knowin its her) and gonna have some deformed kids I can laugh about it because its not my life and I wont see the kid anyway

My sister is pregnant and shes 16. She is getting an abortion. At first she said she didn't want to, but some threats of being kicked out of the house later, she was ready to goto the doctors.
Being against abortion is just plain ignorant IMO. Especially if you abort before it has brainwaves. If you do that, then its like killing an infection, except it not only helps you, but society as a whole. No extra child as a burden on society and all.

seriously though, parents are fucked. If I had a daughter, she'd be on the pill at 13. I'm not going to delude myself thinking "oh my daughter is sooo perfect, she'll never hax sex" lol. Kids will never take responsibility for anything cause they're stupid shits, so it's the parents job to ensure the girls are either on the pill or the sons have a fresh supply of condoms (the latter is harder to control because who wants to fuck a rubber sleeve?)

Awww, isn't that sweet, comparing pregnancy to an infection.

exactly, there are just some things in life which dont give u a second chance, if youre not ready to bear the responsibility then you should think more about protection; you reap what you sow. youre saying that abortion is justified because it helps the person to lead a normal social life afterwards; so in case youre caught in a crime and you know you d get a few years behind the bars, would you justify killing the officer who saw you so you can continue on with your social life?
so the girl gets unwillingly pregnant, i call that tough luck, she had the chance to evade it but she was careless and said fuck it. there are far worse things in life where you dont have a chance, i say let it be a lesson, abortion is not an option.
me and my girl often have unprotected sex, only during the "safe" time though, as none of us can stand condoms and pills still have many side effects. the chance of a pregnancy here is very slim but we are prepared if it gets to that point, i would certainly take the responsibility, no question. although we re gettin more careful now since the wait for the period each month has always been full of suspense lol
