So i recently picked this up and it's ok to watch while there is nothing else. Maybe with a somewhat bigger budget it could had actually been quite good.
Now this season getting the feeling it's coming to an end. Any word on this yet?

Felt more a series finale than anything else.
Even if it doesn't get renewed, I was kinda happy with this ending.

Yep, agreed. I loved the space visuals, and the episode does provide closure that felt right for most of the characters.
 Spoiler: | Irisa becomes a lawbreaker which was the right direction for her and Nolan gets to be a space cowboy of sorts, likely fulfilling his childhood dreams of space adventures. That could actually be interesting to see in a future season if the show is renewed; him becoming something like a bounty hunter and visiting different alien worlds. |

Well, for anyone that is concerned... their MMO will just keep on going.
I had actually forgotten about this show and MMO, thought both of them were cancelled a while ago.

Hated the game, but the show is ok-ish if you look what else is on tv Sci-fi related these days
