it`s not really free per se,people need to buy DLC to generate "gallons of fuel" so you kinda pay in advance for content that may be good or pointless.Seeing that the entire yellow line is utter nonsense and adds nothing to the game (but is needed to be completed before they bother with the Hoxton Breakout followup) adds a lot of justified ragefuel.
Whoever designed this "Event" is as far away from what the community would like to have as it gets and knowing Overkill,the casino preview will look like this

None of these are a must have. Hotline Miami is the better than Diamond, so if you want a new heist, I'd recommend that. If you want new weapons, historical park's weapons are better than Assault's, unless you want a grenade launcher.
The turret van is bullshit. Since when the SWAT teams have the permission to use such weaponry in the populated areas?

Yea. In my country authorities rush hostage situations with hundreds and hundreds of guys. And they always have atleast 10 bulldozers and 5 sneaky "Sam Fisher" like guys with them.
The armorplates on the Van are just too strong,takes around 15 to 20 hits with the Thanatos sniper (2 hits will kill black dozers) but ofc the Payday2 forum is full of "lel,git gud" people that started playing last december and only run a dodgebuild.
Not sure what i expected tbh but it turned out the Overkill Software way

I really like Payday 2, but I hate the fact that it has so many fucking DLCs. They released a whole new game via those DLCs. 3 euros here, 5 there, 4 here. Too fucking many.
again,the amount of people defending this on the steam forum is insane.if you check these peoples profiles you will notice a lot of them got 1k+ hours on TF2 so its just natural that they feel at home

Yeah, its the first and last Payday game i bought. I mean they make money through all the (sometimes crappy) dlcs and now Microtransactions.... fuck off greedy bastards.
They've been so successful that I think they genuinely don't care if a handful of disgruntled players complain. The fanboys will be loud enough to defend them and the developers will just ignore the controversy. Just like every other company. Yep, I stopped playing PD2, they're more worried about what useless skin pack to release next rather than fix their server issues. As much as I loved the game, I won't be buying the third one.
Wow, that is a lot of red there. But seriously, nerfing the weapons then adding skin drops with stat increasing bonuses for money. If the skins were only cosmetic, like in CSGO i wouldn't carе, but now they deserve this.
