The game runs fairly well for me now, at 1440p with everything maxed (no AA) and all gameworks on. Just set my second card to handle the physx.

I am infront of my Pc and starting up this song for all my hommies at wArner Bros: R.Kelly - GothamCity because i feel like an underage girl someone is pissing on.
Warner bros what you did is just wrong I hope you choke on your own mistakes and hopefully rocksteady studios disolves after this debacle


Game still crashes for me after 2 mins of stutterless play.

60fps is still my standard, but if i need to spend high money to achieve this, I'd rather play at 30 fps.

I don't think the PS360 is the issue that most PC games are unoptimized. It's just games are more & more harder to develop and are more & more complicated.

Back then, it was easy to optimize Stun Car Racing Laughing At least no shaders Laughing

Consoles were and still are the main reason for shitty optimization.
Also today games are much easier to develop, thanks to all the (free) engines and frameworks.

Surely it was easier to develop and optimize Batman The Arkham Knight than the NES Batman game Laughing

Also FYI, consoles are here since forever, I remember being happy playing the Super Street Fighter II Turbo SNES port on my PC back then. It was also a great port and did run at 60fps ! They must have had coded some serious optimization back then since it was so hard to develop Laughing

You never played Super Turbo on the SNES, you played Turbo, or Super, but the Super Turbo combination was never released on SNES. It, along with its predecessor Super, was released on PC though.. and those versions were better than the console versions of either Turbo or Super since they had all the frames of animation that had to be cut from the arcades for the MD/SNES home ports of SF due to memory restrictions and lack of processing power

As far as I can work out, it's via Steam's new built in refund system - they've suspended the time limit restriction for now - but that means only games bought via Steam are applicable Sad No returns for serials and I don't think gifts are eligible either.

this Razz everybody and their mum bought nvidia coupons, in that case its ofc not possible. bought myself one for ~12 euros or what it was. but if you were stupid enough to buy a physical copy (or from official reseller online, dunno if there is any though) it should work

If WB is saying there is something they can't fix maybe it shouldn't have been used in the game....SUCH AS SHITTY CODING!! USE 16 GB to help play the game!!

The things they can't fix are themselves. There is no point of fixing the game if basic things are a total mess.

Or they consider it too costly.

Will be interesting to see what they announce, for those using them I hope they at least get SLI and Crossfire functional but I don't know how much of that relies on AMD / Nvidia and how much it relies on the game code, UE3 should be multi-GPU friendly but this is a heavily modified build.

This was the first game in a long while that I bought early and also first for me from one of the cd key sites so what could have been a really great deal has turned a little lopsided now. The way I look at it I paid $35 for the Premium Edition on this one and had downloaded or got for free the previous 3 games through bundles or what not so it is kind of balancing out.

The joke is, even now, GTA IV runs like absolute shite. Just Youtube a few videos with GTX980 test runs on this game; the frame drops are insane. It's fucking unbelievable.

I tried it out myself and just went NOPE, that did not just happen.

So yeah, doesn't look like WB is going to care anymore on fixing it but keep handing out more freebies. Who knows, a free blow-job might be offered as a last resort? Rolling Eyes

It's utterly baffling how a patatostation can deliver a stutter free experience than a top end PC hardware.
