Why the fuck did they even censor the 'fuck' word on iTunes in the first place? I mean I understand if it's on TV, but this is digital distribution for fucks sake.
Anyway, loved the show. The style and the execution was pretty good. It easily gives that Fight Club vibes.

It's a mixed show for me. Very high highs combined with large portions of mediocre/tropes.
It copied Fight Club shamelessly though, and that killed it for me.
Still, some of the dialogues were absolutely brilliant.
Most of all I lacked one thing: with erasing credit the way they did in the movies, you would fuck over the lives of much, much, much more people, than the current system does. I hope in next season there will be consequences. Leftist anarchist utopias are anything but good.

I didn't have a problem with that. Fight club isn't the first film that has a character suffering from a dissociative identity disorder

this show is pure gold! Exactly the reasons i prefer shows over movies.
they took their time to get the chars right and developed them the right way. I could see why the chars. took their decisions; they all were reasonable.
great casting as well. Elliot (don't know the actors name) did an awesome job, even christen slater did well…
I really recommend to watch this show!
And they are swedish or something like that up north; not russian!

It started pretty bad, and someone here made me believe it actually got worse later on, but I found it was the opposite, and even though I think it relies too much on gimmicks for its own sake and that I wouldn't put it among the best shows on tv right now, I think it's very much worth watching.

The creator of the show (Sam Esmail) will also direct all the episodes of the second season (sauce)
He directed 3 in the first one, even more consistency is usually positive (hopefully).

So far this just seems like a Fight Club wannabe. There's some interesting style present there but plot wise this feels very empty and sometimes very cliched. Also, I don't know if this has to do with me being a sysadmin/it manager myself (and former apprentice hacker) but the technical bits are very annoying and often come off as pretentious and adorned with way too many words. Maybe it's also all the non-sense you can sometimes see in those linux terminal close-ups.
