I'm surprised that Pete Hines still has a job. Todd is doing such a great job with all the BS, I don't really see why they need Pete.
Also I'm thinking that super detailed power armor in the first screenshot might be bullshit. We'll see.

They probably went the Destiny way as in: how to setup the controller and the copy paste of 'different' weapons.
While it is a typical console shooter, I have heard praise for how they did the controls. It's supposed to be better than what was previously offered by console shooters.
id software most likely did more on the actual mechanics. Having played the wolfensteins and the Doom beta I'm pretty happy with that. Since to me: it feels closest to what I experienced with Raven Software with the SOF titles and a bit more in line with back when FPS games were designed for PC. |
