Just preordered a physical copy for 36,- (at wehkamp.nl for the dutch folks)
Its at 44,- atm ( use "wannahave" or "extra" as discount code to get it cheaper)

I got my pre-order for (converted) $42.50. The price has gone up about $50 since. I might cough up the full price on steam though, as they didn't know if they had permission to mail keys before midnight to the 10th. That's 12 hours late in my mind, and I'd rather pay full price (no delay) and preload/be ready and jacked on Redebebebull Monday afternoon.

Don't count on it. The 'scene' doesn't exist anymore. The groups that still "exist" are nowhere near as connected as they once were. |

@Bob Barnsen Like no already said there's still cheap alternatives, Gamers-Outlet also has it for 36€ if I recall correctly.
@Kitarist There won't be a scene release because all that "leak gaempleh" is from Reviewers and other special people if it's truly PC. Those NEVER get out.

Not so great - this made me think I've had the game ending or major plot twist spoiled by an off-hand comment on Reddit. I think he might even had been joking...

To be honest, they always came across as kind of partisan to me.. and more than a little totalitarian :\ It wouldn't surprise me if the Brotherhood are fighting the PC because they know you're a synth and they view you, and other synths, to be the ultimate enemy. It's a shame about the lousy plot twist reveal (if it's true) but seeing as how Bethesda have been pushing the "200 years later" angle, other than cryogenic freezing there really was no other plausible explanation.. and hey, many people in this thread joked about the PC being an android  |

Also I cannot say whether or not the pc is an android. I do not know.
The 'good old' Brotherhood of Steel were totalitarian technocrats. It's only in Fallout 3 they were the 'defenders of all that is good in the world'. |

Some are programmed to think they are human.
... They could go in this direction. Though wouldn't the Pip-boy immediately point out it was attached to a non-human?
