Is there a way to cancel a preorder on cdkeys.com ? Can't find anything anywhere. Would I have to chargeback with paypal ?
MFers haven't sent keys while all the other sites have. Connection is slow and if I get it Monday I won't be able to play as soon as it's released. Probably won't get the key before you can unlock with VPN from NZ as well.

Well you can try to contact them and tell them what you want.
I asked them some days ago when they get the keys. And you should expect to get it sometimes on Monday first.

I'm sorry to say that, on paper, this is sounding more like a shooter than a RPG. In fact, I'd go as far to say this is the next Mass Effect Syndrome game.

Since I more or less checked out of this months ago, without any skills how is your character supposed to do anything?
Skills were simply changed into perks. You gain a perk point every level, which can be used to either increase your stats (SPECIAL) or gain a perk level.
So let's say you want to sneak. There's no Sneak skill anymore, but instead there's a Sneak perk. For every perk point, you gain 10% better sneak and gain some special perk (like not activating mines).
There's no Small Guns skill anymore, but there's a perk for Pistols. There's no Lockpicking skill anymore, but there's a Lockpicking perk. Increasing it in levels allows you to lockpick harder locks. Same is true for hacking, which is now the Hacker perk.

Not that surprised on the skills tbh, pretty much every established IP is being dumbed down until you just press start and watch a movie. I'm hoping WL2EE fixes much of the broken game mechanics from original release as I just find the isometric RPG style leagues better than elder scrolls + fallout art +waiting for the community to create a good game over the top of Bethesda's crap.
As someone who already had the ending spoiled, no reddit is not ok. Neither is youtube comments.

where are all these pc streams coming from? there seems to be loads of them, and if the playable pc version is so prevalent, you would have thought this would have been released (ie: cracked release)
Judging by the last stream it's an upgraded FO3 with heavily improved shooting. I likes what I sees, just what I expected. Loading times are long though, meh.
Will buy it if it hits the 30 euros mark.

In fact, I distinctly remember him stating that there will be no loading screens.. and yet we can clearly see that not only is that false, but also that loading times are very long anyhow.
