Thanks for the information. Might get an SSD before new GPU after all. I'll see at the end of the month.

OT: Would RLD have some of their troops stationed in NZ? Dude Blush

Get a gpu instead of a ssd in my opinion.

Yeah, probably. I just cannot afford any high-end GPU atm. GTX 750/760 might be doable, but I doubt It'll make that much of an improvement.

EDIT: 960 might be the best bung for buck atm?
Wait for 380x

960 as upgrade isnt worth if you dont get it ass cheap. if you upgrade do it right -> 970 or maybe the 380x. think the rumors were end of next week for about 250usd. but still a ssd is always a good investment

@inter: already posted, but do we care about ps4? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO we dont Razz PC Master Race

Was talking about 960. It's around € 200-250 in my area. But 380x might be a better investment. Will see Smile

Those vids looks like framerate is cut in half whenever it happens, most likely due to v-sync

Forgive my noobness, but why would they list an i7? Is there really much of a difference between an i5 and an i7 in terms of gaming performance? I thought it pretty much came down to hyperthreading being a thing, but knowing games, they won't utilize that anyway (in my case , i5 4670k vs an i7 4770k for example)

Yeah, PROPER optimized engines do show a difference between i5 and i7 (of the same type). Like frostbite engine Wink
