I guess I'm gonna RIN fallout4 and play a bit until it gets released officially lol
1) Lenovo Legion 7 (AMD Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3080 16Gb, 32Gb DDR4, SSD 1TB +2TB
2) SFFPC (streaming via Moonlight+ Sunshine)

Worked for me, except I used Australia (due to my VPN and the unlock time being the same).
Before, I had the same issue as the others. Logged into account -> 17 hours. Not logged into account -> 1 hour.
Now it's just 1 hour for both.

This is the kinda thing that gets your account banned.
Don't do this. It's enough to just be connected to the vpn. It'll unlock, may have to restart the client though. |

doesn't steam usually take a bit longer to unlock games? like it rolls out unlocks along with the hour steam updates?

Depends on the game. Some had midnight releases, some at the usual Steam store update time.
