I was watching some comparisons of this "enhanced" version, and to me, everything is basically the same in terms of visuals if we exclude some palette changes (the most sponsored feature is "native 1080p", as if it wasn't already present on PC ). It's like another Sleeping Dogs.

A few months ago I replayed the game and it looked more than fine with the ol' dx9-based ENB:
There are plenty of textures that are simply better, so honestly it's not as minimal of a difference as some are making it out to be. Should have been a free update for PC regardless, but yeah... also, it's been bothering me ever since it got announced, I cannot stand the naming of this release: "Deathinitive". WHAT NOW?!

as predicted, new version is broken, already a huge thread on crashes when saving game
I fucking called it that they wouldn't fix the crashes when this edition got announced. It's something that plagues the old version too and it happens because the save files are too big if the game has all the content. At least it seems to be related to that same old issue.
For people with the wrong appid: send an email to support [at] nordicgames.at with a screenie of your licenses-page and if it shows you have DS2 + season pass they'll send you an upgrade code.

Spoiler:
that looks pretty hot. I have the game installed on steam as part of the near future backlog, so if you still have the stuffs to make it look that pretty, please upload it
I doubt they will fix the upgraded edition before I decide to play this.

I used this, a combo ENB (palette)+SweetFX for the AA/sharpening (if you don't want that, delete the sweet.dll). It's obsolete and dx9/32bit-only so it won't work with the new version, but it does with the original one. (or with any other non-64bit/dx9-only game)
