Can i do few quests for Brotherhood of steel and than continue in Main story and join the Institute ? Cuz i would really love to backstab those Bros of Steel, they seem like a really awful bunch of green heads.
Why you have to be you Bethesda? In pure Fallout fashion, now i have FOUR! quests that won't progress cause of missing npc/ bad triggers/ NPC path problems.
And since the game "eats up" every save that has more than 10 minutes played im SOL right now.
Anyone find the ammo codes yet? I went to that qasmoke area where all ammo/guns/outfits/etc are and you can see the player.additem code for the ammo but the one that I tried for the .308 ammo did not work.
I ended using this cheat. The bright side is that I don't have to modify weight limit or spend points in charisma/local leader neither (my character only have 2 points in CHAR). I simply run bat file every time that I unlock a new workbench, then transfer --> store all junk.
I may have asked this earlier, but can't find the post, so perhaps I forgot to inquire, after all. Anyway, here goes:
Are there any indications that Bethesda are currently hard at work so as to release a patch that addresses the abysmal performance-related issues like memory leaks and severe fps drops?
Also, is there a console command that shows the fps in-game?

Don't know if devs gave any info in steam forums, but in steamdb there is no sign of patch cooking.

So I'm really into the game so far. Not sure what a lot of complaints are about, I;m about 15 hrs in, not a single graphical issue, in 4k, the game looks and plays great in ultra everything.
Gameplay wise, no issues at all with the npc's - really enjoyable experience.
"4K!!111" isn't some magic wand you guys can wave in order to make the textures not awful, or the models not angular and ancient, or the lighting engine sucking balls unless you're walking in direct sunlight through trees. Nothing about these visuals are "great" and even less great when you factor in the insanity system recommendations and god-awful engine cockups when facing directions or walking in certain areas.
But hey, let's just agree to disagree and leave it at that.
