I'll be reporting how my 970 fares after I finish the download. Performance reports that don't mention settings, resolution and exact FPS Laughing should be discounted though, Ubi game or not.

Seems odd how the game exe wasn't removed from the preload and no special DRM either, guess Ubisoft might not care much for this game but we'll see, will be interesting to hear how it plays for those who decide to test it.
(Wonder if there's a launch-day patch planned? perhaps not with the extra time already spent with the PC version so any changes are probably already integrated at this point.)

He used default settings and g-sync monitor so there is probably a cap running by default.
But still for stable 60fps i bet it wont be so different than unity.

@JBeckman Ubisoft is probably into hardware deals these days and makes a shitload with people that bought expensive computers, GPUs whatever, to run their precious London in super awesome 30 fps Laughing

Mid range peasants will have to deal with 10-15 fluctuating

compared to unity what we saw it was sightly downgraded, so even my old 770 should run it properly

How can he feel it running at 30 fps if g-sync is supposedly there to make lower than 60 still feel smooth? Rolling Eyes

No the cutscenes lag a bit here and there Scratch Head Vomit

Still in the Ferris area (intro), game only went down to 39 when loading some parts (level), other than that always a minimum of 45 fps.

And that's with a 270X 4GB.

High Settings, SSAO, FXAA and so on. No Vsync.

The intro area is usually always running good in AC games so i don't consider it as reliable performance test. Will wait for reports from later into the game.

yep the intro worked flawless in unity cause it was just a very small part and not in the "real" open game

@Janz Mr. Green

Not even in London and the train sequence and the depot already are a little heavier, as expected. Curious for London now, not looking too perfect. But the bodies behave very funny once again, sold on that.

Of course it looks perfect for another KIEV porting streak Cool Face

Bullshit?! It does!! Here at 4k, really flawless. Anyone saying otherwise has no clue on how to use a PC properly and should go buy a console!
